Education Support

The overall goal of this project is the construction of schools and also supply basic necessity so that every school kids can stay in school and learn in an conducive environment. by donating to these initiative, you are encouraging us to continue to reach more community in need in Nigeria. During our previous humanitarian activities in public schools, we discovered that most of schools visited is not conducive for learning because there is no enough classrooms, chairs, desk, library , toilet this have led both parent, teachers and students staying away from the public schools. In some schools, students defecate openly due to the lack of a toilet in school. There is no source of water for sanitation and hygiene. This practice poses a lot of health risks and challenges in our community.

As a passionate organization who consistent desire to transform bad situation to good in our society, we aim to bridge this gap by supplying school needs and constructing school building in rural communities to keep and enroll more children back to school.

Why infrastructure is important in education

Dominion Care Home and Support For The Less Privileged Foundation believed infrastructure is vital for schools. Good infrastructure help to improve the performance of students and improving the school system. Creating a conducive learning environment can lead to enrollment rate, help improve learning and teaching. Good facilities in school affect the health, behaviour, learning of children in school.

This state of affairs, unfortunate as it certainly is, has necessitated putting in place an initiative to keep children in school.

What we have achieved since the exception

Through the support of our donors, we able to construct toilets in public schools, support schools through the provision of educational materials. We gave school scholarships to orphans, widows,s, and widowers in public schools, etc.
